VideoConferencing Service in Shell (Lutong and Singapore)

Shell EPA has just recently set up three VideoConferencing rooms in Lutong and Singapore. These rooms are equipped with:

-          Videoconferencing using Tandberg 6000

-          Audio conferencing using Clearone XAP

-          Tannoy speakers

-          Dual projectors with dual 84” motorized projector screens

-          Matrix Switcher, VGA input via Extron Cubby set

-          BayerDynamic table mic

-          Dimmer system (with four lighting preset – discussion, presentation, audio- and video-conferencing)

-          Motorized blinds

All of the above are controlled through Crestron remote control device with very nicely designed GUI. These three rooms are deemed as suitable for normal meetings, discussions, video- and audio-conferencing.

On top of these three rooms Shell EPA also has other two very advance conference rooms – RTOC Conference Rooms. These two rooms are located within Sarawak Shell Berhad and they play a major role in holding day-to-day morning meetings between Wells team in Lutong office and offshore rigs.
